  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws.

We may refuse registration or suspend accounts at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if we detect fraudulent or prohibited activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features (including the dashboard and workbench), you must create an Account by providing required information such as name, username/phone number, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your Account, and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that provide false information, remain inactive for extended periods, or violate these Terms. New Accounts may receive a registration bonus as described in the platform (currently referenced as $30, subject to change and applicable conditions).

5. Description of Services

Strix provides digital marketing and growth services, including but not limited to performance advertising, SEO, social media marketing, marketing automation, web development, analytics, reporting, and a workbench/platform enabling Agents to participate in authorized commodity/product enhancement and related performance activities. The specific features, tasks, and earnings structures available to Agents are detailed within the dashboard/workbench and may be updated from time to time.

6. Agent and Workbench Terms

Agents who register and participate in the workbench agree to the following additional terms:

6.1 Task Performance

Agents complete assigned sets of tasks related to commodity enhancement and authorized interactions. On the first day, Agents typically complete a defined number of sets (e.g., 2 sets) as specified in the platform. Tasks must be performed honestly, in accordance with platform instructions, and without manipulation or fraudulent methods.

6.2 Account Balance Requirements

Agents must maintain a minimum account balance (currently referenced as $75) to begin and continue enhancement activities. Failure to maintain the required minimum may restrict access to tasks or withdrawals.

6.3 Earnings and Commissions

Agents may earn commissions ranging approximately from 0.5% to 5% on applicable commodity prices, subject to platform rules and successful task completion. Daily earnings potential is approximate and depends on task volume, performance, and platform conditions. Actual earnings are not guaranteed and may vary.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are generally available starting from the second day after meeting platform conditions and completing required work. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and processing times determined by Strix and its payment partners. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or reverse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete tasks, policy violations, or technical issues.

6.5 Bonuses and Training

New Accounts may receive a registration bonus. Training or deposit-related bonuses may apply under specific conditions. Clients or partners may receive a share of training-related profits (e.g., 40% of final training profit where applicable). All bonuses are subject to terms, eligibility criteria, and potential clawback in cases of abuse.

6.6 Guidance Role

Certain users may act in a guidance capacity to assist new Agents with registration, workbench navigation, and answering questions. Such guidance must remain accurate, compliant with these Terms, and free from misleading claims.

7. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, provide accurate information and keep it updated, complete tasks honestly without the use of bots/scripts or fake accounts unless explicitly authorized, respect the rights of other users and third parties, and comply with all applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, manipulate reviews/ratings/interactions, create multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses, share credentials, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, upload malicious content, misrepresent your identity or use the Services to harm Strix’s reputation. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances/bonuses, and legal action.

9. Payments, Fees, and Financial Terms

All financial transactions are processed through authorized methods displayed on the platform. Strix does not guarantee specific earnings or results. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings. We may deduct applicable fees, chargebacks, or adjustments related to errors, fraud, or policy violations. Currency conversion and payment processor fees (if any) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and materials on the Services (excluding User-generated Content) are owned by or licensed to Strix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. By submitting Content, you grant Strix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such Content as necessary to operate the Services.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Strix is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO STRIX (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; WHERE PROHIBITED, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Outstanding balances may be subject to review and potential forfeiture in cases of policy violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Strix is established. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration as specified by Strix.

17. Changes to the Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Strix. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
